Kit of Parts and Tool Drop-Off

Kit of Parts Drop-Off - Day of Workshop:

  1. Please have ONE vehicle drop off your Kit of Parts at the front door of the Campus Center. 
  2. Please have your PRIMARY OR SECONDARY CONTACT be present at the time of drop off so they can check your Team in and receive wristbands.
  3. Please bring kits through the front doors using a cart or dolly, and a member of Team 2337 will be on-hand to accept your kit and move it to the secured storage area.
  4. After drop-off, please move your vehicle to Lot 3 (behind the Rec Center/Thompson Hall).
  5. Do not park in the visitor parking lot adjacent to the Campus Center. ​
If you are attending Saturday's Kickoff at KETTERING UNIVERSITY, and want to leave your kit at Kettering for the workshop (recommended):
  1. You must sign for your KoP in the FIRST Center - WE CANNOT SIGN FOR YOUR KIT.
  2. When you sign for your Kit, tell the person at the desk that you're attending the EngiNERDs workshop, they will tell you where to put your KoP
  3. Move it to the designated area for Workshop Teams (in the FIRST Center). 
  4. MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS LABELED as directed in the Pre-Event Checklist. The EngiNERDs are NOT responsible for your items if you fail to label them or follow the directions that were given to you.

Workshop Parking

Where to Park: All vehicles must park in Lot 3. Enter from Chevrolet and park in the large lot behind the Recreation Center and Thompson Hall.
To Campus Center: Go up the stairs and follow the sidewalk around Thompson Hall to the Campus Center side doors. 
To International Room: Enter the elevators and proceed to the 5th floor, then follow signs.

Because the content of the FIRST Robotics Competition Kit of Parts (KoP) varies for Rookie and Veteran Teams, 
please select and download the appropriate documents based on your status. 

Rookie Team List

1. All Totes included in this years' Kit of Parts
2. This years' AndyMark Kit of Parts Chassis
3. All of the items from the Tool Checklist
4. Writing utensils and Paper
5. Complete the Pre-Event Checklist for Rookies.
​6. Read the Session Breakdown (includes attendance suggestions)
7. Pre-Order Lunch Information coming soon

Veteran Team List

​1. All Totes included in this years' Kit of Parts
2. This years' AndyMark Kit of Parts Chassis
3. All of the items from the Tool Checklist
4. All of the items from the Veteran Teams Additional Components List
5. Writing utensils and Paper
6. Complete the Pre-Event Checklist for Veteran Teams
7. Read the Session Breakdown (includes attendance suggestions)
8. Pre-Order Lunch available soon!

What NOT to Bring:

  1. Tools other than those on the Tool Checklist! - TRUST US when we say that you will NOT NEED ANYTHING that's not on the list. 
  2. Batteries - You will not need them - please leave them at home!
