EngiNERDs Team Sub-Sections

Students on Team 2337 work hand-in-hand with Mentors to achieve tasks and meet goals in a safe and timely manner, as well as to learn industry standards and real-world applications. Mentors lend their professional knowledge and experiences so students can develop new skills.

Students who wish to maintain a more involved leadership role can apply for a Section Leader position for any of the Sub-Sections that he or she desires. Section Leaders are responsible for ensuring that their section stays on task, give weekly progress reports at the Team's Design Reviews, and document the design progress in Engineering Notebooks. Student Section Leaders maintain open communication with their Section's Mentor, and attend Student Section Leader Meetings to create a business-like atmosphere on the Team.
